Are spaces wheelchair/ADA accessible?
Yes. We have an outside ramp leading into the main floor of the building. The lower floor has an outside access point which allows someone to enter through the patio to avoid use of the stairwell.
Are events private?
Yes. The Hall can host private events. Hall spaces will be closed during your events. Volunteers and Hall staff may be present during the event to ensure the event runs smoothly and immediately address any questions. However, staff and volunteer presence is not a requirement to rent.
Can the Hall help run my event?
Yes. For an added fee Hall staff and volunteers can assist with running your event. To coordinate this please send an inquiry about your needs during the event to our rentals coordinator. Depending on your request this may incur added fees to ensure our staff and volunteers are compensated for their added time.
Do we have to set up for our event?
Renters are able to setup/takedown for their events. Hall staff is also capable of setup/takedown for an added labor fee. Please communicate any setup/takedown needs with our rental coordinator for more information.
Do you have a sound system?
Yes. The Great Hall has a sound system with microphones, overhead speakers, and Bluetooth connectivity.
Do you have tables and chairs?
Yes. We have rectangular and round tables along with padded chairs for seating.
Do you have a projector?
Yes. We have a projector with a large projection screen that can be used anywhere in the building.
Do we need event insurance?
Yes. You will need to acquire the necessary insurance for your event.
Will we have keys to the building?
Yes. Keys to necessary spaces will be provided.
