If you have served at least one day of active military duty since December 7, 1941 and were honorably discharged or you are still serving active military duty honorably, you are eligible for membership with The American Legion.
At Arcata Post 274 our goal is to make our community and environment better by connecting Veterans with our neighbors. We believe in having respectful conversations with people across different perspectives and backgrounds. We value learning from everyone and working together to find common ground. Through outreach, education, and mentoring, we want to honor Veterans and our community by expressing the American values that make our county diverse and beautiful!
